Material Handler
Maverick TechA rapidly expanding manufacturing facility in Leetsdale, PA, is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our team. Your primary focus will be on the effective management and organization of our inventory. You will be responsible for executing cycle counts and maintaining accurate digital records. Your daily tasks will involve transporting supplies to production lines and moving completed goods to the shipping department. Additionally, you will handle truck unloading, verify shipping documentation, organize stock, and prepare items for final delivery. We offer comprehensive on-the-job training for all new hires. This is a full-time position with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule. You may choose between the 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM shift or the 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM shift, with opportunities for overtime as needed. Compensation begins at $18.35 to $19.35 per hour, with a structured pay progression that reaches $20.15 to $21.15 per hour by the end of your first year. Employees are also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. This is a direct hire opportunity with full company benefits. Requirements Possession of a high school diploma or GED equivalent Basic computer literacy and the capacity to master our internal software systems Prior background in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset Previous experience working in shipping, inventory management, or material handling roles Physical capability to sustain standing, walking, and lifting throughout your entire shift to ensure operational efficiency Successful completion of a standard pre-employment criminal background and drug screening Core Competencies Background in material handling Experience in shipping operations
