Perform a thorough review of customer all returns and will process through proprietary engineering software. Ensure high quality of work with every return processed. Attention to detail is a must! Experience within a fast-moving, technology driven environment. Ability to work cross-functionally within the department is an asset. Ability to input data entry to CTDI systems via PC and Microsoft Excel. Support Returns Supervisor with various tasks at hand. Maintain a clean, organized work station.
