Job Summary Responsible for performing general warehouse operations, including operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment, moving inventory throughout the facility, picking customer orders, and loading and unloading trucks. Utilizes RF scanning equipment and SAP to accurately track inventory movements, maintain inventory records, and support efficient warehouse operations while following established safety and quality standards. Work collaboratively to achieve productivity, safety, quality, and continuous improvement goals. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Accurately transfer inventory between manufacturing and warehouse locations using RF scanning equipment. Document inventory movements and transactions accurately. Pick and prepare customer orders to support timely shipments. Coordinate with Shipping and Receiving Clerks on daily picking schedules. Perform and document inventory cycle counts and assist with physical inventory counts. Identify and report inventory discrepancies. Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other material-handling equipment. Operate scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs) as needed. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Education and Experience Profile High school diploma or GED required. 0–2 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred. Experience operating powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and reach trucks, preferred. Required Skills Basic computer skills, including the ability to complete transactions in SAP. Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance. Flexibility to work multiple shifts as business needs require. Ability to stand or sit for extended periods. Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, respirators, and steel-toed shoes. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners. Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively in a manufacturing and warehouse environment. Work Environment Work is performed in a manufacturing and warehouse environment, with exposure to typical industrial conditions. Employees must follow all established safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). The hourly range for this role is $19.25 to $23.50. An employee’s pay within the hourly range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographical location, and business or organizational needs.
