Material Handler

Position Title: Material Handler Pay: From $23.00 - $26.00 per hour Ability to Commute: Boulder, CO 80301 Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm Responsibilities: Stage ingredients and materials to ensure on time start of production runs Accurately count and return ingredients and materials to the warehouse at the end of production runs Receive incoming material/ingredients and verify lot codes and quantities Provide support with regular cycle counting and monthly physical inventory counts Identify and Resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse Work with Purchasing and Operations to maintain acceptable inventory levels and prevent shortages Communicate with Operations, Purchasing, Quality, and Receiving to support production schedule Support the timely and accurate processing of work orders in ERP System (NetSuite) Follow Safe Quality Foods (SQF) and FDA guidelines and standards Assist with picking and shipping orders as needed Support Production activities as needed These and other duties as assigned Experience: Experience with ERP Systems (NetSuite preferred) Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.) preferred Solid knowledge and experience with all aspects of the inventory life cycle 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred 1+ year of Forklift experience preferred Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills Detail oriented, strong multi-tasking skills Ability to see, hear, and communicate effectively to perform essential job functions, including reading information, participating in conversations and meetings, responding to auditory signals, and exchanging information in person, by telephone, and through electronic communication methods, with or without reasonable accommodation. Employee will work in a fast-paced environment performing repetitive tasks which may require heavy lifting. This position requires a high attention to detail and excellent organization skills. and the ability to multi-task frequently throughout the day. Food facility work experience desirable. Employee must be able to pull and ship both large and small-size orders with a high degree of accuracy. Must be able to lift 55 lbs. repetitively. Basic competence in inventorying, counting, sorting, and stacking is required. Benefits: We offer a great compensation and benefit package, after 60 days of employment.
