Job Title: Material Handler Location: Chatsworth, CA | 100% Onsite Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM | 1st Shift Compensation: $19–$22 per hour, DOE Duration: 3-month temporary assignment with temp-to-hire opportunity Company Overview: An established engineered solutions provider specializing in advanced materials, specialty components, and custom subassemblies for high-reliability and technically challenging applications. The organization serves customers across industries including semiconductor equipment manufacturing, medical and life sciences, aerospace and defense, industrial, electronics, and energy, with manufacturing operations throughout California. Job Summary: The Material Handler will support daily warehouse, inventory, and production operations by pulling, labeling, issuing, and delivering materials according to job order requirements. This position will utilize an ERP system to process material transactions and assist with inventory, shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities. Key Responsibilities: Review all job order specifications, shelf-life requirements, and lot control requirements Locate and pull all materials specified on job order pick lists Print and label materials with specified job order numbers Transact and issue materials in the ERP system Deliver materials and job orders to designated work centers throughout the production floor Pick up materials from designated return-to-stock locations on the production floor and return them to the warehouse staging area Use a forklift to put away incoming pallets on designated warehouse racks Perform additional tasks to support the Inventory and Shipping/Receiving departments Qualifications Required: Great verbal and written communication skills Computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Working knowledge of MRP/ERP software systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Application Question(s): Do you have experience with ERP systems Work Location: In person
