Material Handler - 2nd Shift

Material Handler 2nd Shift Rate - $19.00 per hour To learn more about us, visit our website at: www.polymar-asm.com OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Material Handler is responsible for the efficient handling, movement, and preparation of materials used in the injection molding process, ensuring our production lines run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong focus on organization and high attention to detail. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Reviews and follows daily priority list and MATTEC production schedule Completes molding area walk-thru with incoming and outgoing shifts Ensures adequate material staged for production, properly dried in advance of need Calculates ratio, and mixes additives to virgin material when required Maintains high vigilance on hopper levels, dryers and central vacuum system Loads and unloads materials in support of production Responsible for accurate reporting of materials, movements, lot codes, weights and counts Ensures proper labeling of materials and molded product Performs color and material changes as needed OTHER DUTIES Performs all other duties as required EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE AND/OR TRAINING High School diploma or GED required Manufacturing experience preferred Forklift experience preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Language: English (Required) Shift availability: Overnight Shift (Preferred) Day Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Leola, PA 17540 (Required) Work Location: In person
