ECHO Incorporated is looking for a skilled Warehouse Material Handler to join our team. The Warehouse Material Handler is responsible for accurately picking, packaging, and shipping customer orders while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. This role supports daily warehouse operations by using RF scanners, material handling equipment, and established warehouse procedures to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm Starting at $17.50/HR. Eligible for a $300 referral bonus upon referring an employee who successfully completes 90 days of employment. Duties/Responsibilities: Pick customer orders accurately using an RF scanner. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely to transport materials throughout the warehouse. Package, mark, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Verify outbound shipments for accuracy and ensure products are free of damage. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Assist with inventory, cycle counts, and other warehouse duties as assigned. Support supervisors and team members to meet daily production and shipping goals. Perform additional duties as assigned to support warehouse operations. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of warehouse or distribution experience required. Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment. Forklift experience is a plus. Prior experience using an RF scanner is preferred but not required. Ability to accurately read and understand customer orders and shipping documents. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Basic computer skills are a plus. Ability to work overtime and Saturdays during peak business periods. Physical Requirements: Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Occasionally lift up to 75 lbs. Stand and walk for extended periods. Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach.
