What You’ll Do Load, unload, transport, and stage raw materials, components, and finished goods Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment Supply production lines with the materials they need to maintain continuous operation Remove finished goods from production and transport them to designated storage or shipping areas Help prevent production shortages and disruptions through timely material movement Verify quantities, identification, and condition of incoming and outgoing materials Maintain accurate inventory transactions and material records Support cycle counts and physical inventory activities Ensure materials are properly labeled, identified, and traceable What You Bring Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED preferred Previous material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification before operating equipment Experience with inventory control, material movement, or production support is a plus Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment Basic inventory and material-tracking skills Ability to read and follow work instructions, labels, and material identification systems Basic math skills for counting, verifying quantities, and resolving discrepancies Ability to recognize damaged or nonconforming materials Knowledge of safe lifting and material-handling practices Why Join Us?
