Responsibilities
• Clear jams on conveyance and material handling equipment to maintain system uptime and consistent operational flow.
• Safely climb ladders and gangways to access elevated equipment and remove jam conditions.
• Use basic hand tools to complete assigned tasks across various operational and maintenance projects.
• Follow established safe work practices while performing preventive maintenance checks on a variety of equipment.
• Move equipment and materials weighing up to 49 pounds as part of daily operational and maintenance activities.
• Stand and walk for shifts lasting up to 12 hours while supporting ongoing production and material handling operations.
• Perform regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head to access and service equipment.
• Support production and material handling workflows in a warehouse environment to help ensure consistent throughput.
Essential Skills
• High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
• Proficiency in using standard hand tools for basic maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ability to lift and move equipment or materials weighing up to 49 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
• Ability to safely climb ladders and gangways to access elevated equipment and work areas.
• Ability to perform regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Experience working in production, material handling, or warehouse environments.

Work Environment
The role is based in a clean, organized warehouse environment within a state-of-the-art facility that integrates both warehouse and assembly operations. You will work around conveyance and material handling equipment and use standard hand tools to perform your tasks. Shifts can last up to 12 hours and may include weekends, nights, and holidays, requiring extended standing, walking, bending, lifting, and climbing ladders or gangways. The environment emphasizes safety, organization, and efficient material flow.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of North Andover, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
