Propell American LLCPosition Title: MATERIAL HANDLER Company : Propell, a VoltaGrid company Location : GRANBURY, TX FLSA Class: NON-EXEMPT Responsible to: WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR Position Summary: The Material Handler supports Propell, a VoltaGrid company, by receiving, storing, issuing, and delivering materials needed for manufacturing. This dedicated warehouse position pulls inventory, stages production orders and finished products, and maintains accurate material transactions in Syspro. The role is responsible for reliable daily warehouse execution and timely material flow to production. This is a safety-sensitive position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, store, issue, and deliver materials, equipment, and supplies; verify quantities and identify discrepancies. Pull and stage materials for production orders and prepare finished products for shipping or distribution. Operate forklifts, jib cranes, hoists, and overhead cranes safely to move and position materials, in accordance with training and authorization. Enter accurate material transactions in Syspro and use related records to research inventory and transaction discrepancies. Identify and correct errors promptly and maintain orderly material locations and accurate warehouse records. Cross-train within warehouse functions, including shipping, receiving, job issuing, staging, and material storage. Coordinate with production and other departments on material needs; participate in production meetings as required. Complete routine tasks with minimal supervision and maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse Other Requirements: Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred; forklift certification is a plus. Proficiency in the safe operation of forklifts, jib cranes, hoists, and overhead cranes used for material handling. Ability to maintain accurate records, perform data entry, follow procedures, and identify material discrepancies. Effective communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and with other departments. Dependable attendance and availability for the assigned schedule, with flexibility to meet operational needs. Stand and walk for extended periods, including shifts up to 12 hours when required; bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, and climb as needed. Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds independently; use assistance or mechanical devices for heavier materials. Use hands and arms repetitively to handle materials, tools, and equipment; complete applicable warehouse and equipment safety training. Provide steel-toe footwear.
