Job Title: Material Coordinator Planning & Control
Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company
Location: Davenport, IA 52809
Duration: 16 Months
Shift: 1st Shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, 40–50 hrs/week, OT possible)

• Expedite critical parts and manage rejected material returns
• Create and distribute daily production schedules from the Master Schedule
• Audit material replenishment cycles and inventory transactions
• Perform root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies
• Support engineering release and change management activities
• Work with manufacturing, material flow, and other functional teams
• Maintain documentation and reporting using Microsoft Office tools
Required Skills
• Inventory management and material coordination
• Root cause analysis and problem solving
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to collect and analyze data
• Cross-functional communication and coordination
• Flexibility to support overtime and changing schedules
Preferred Skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (functions, analysis, charting)
• Inventory accuracy / cycle count experience
• Manufacturing or supply chain environment experience
• Business-related degree
• Experience resolving production inventory issues
Work Environment
• Onsite role from day one
• Manufacturing / shop floor environment
• Metatarsal safety boots required
• Potential off-shift support and weekend overtime
Education / Experience
• Business-related degree preferred
• Recent graduates welcome to apply
• Inventory, supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred
