We’re seeking a reliable, team-oriented Material Coordinator to join our team to help us with inventory control and procurement. Job Summary The Material Coordinator will manage manufacturing materials inventory and order fulfillment, in three locations (within a 10-mile proximity). Supervisory Responsibilities: None Essential Duties/Responsibilities ● Pick and stage orders in a timely manner. ● Conduct Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual inventory counts. ● Receive material and perform stock inventory in an organized and systematic manner. ● Strive for efficiency in executing responsibilities; work quickly and accurately to finish all jobs at hand and meet or exceed all shipping and receiving timelines. ● Regularly communicate issues, progress, and problems to management, together with thoughtful possible solutions. ● Build and maintain positive relationships with current and new vendors. ● Process purchase orders including (but not limited to) follow-up on backorders. ● Review current projects to ensure the product is ordered and delivered on time to prevent delayed schedules. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities ● Forklift driving and maneuvering and meeting company certifications ● Computer efficiency and knowledge of Windows 10 ● Skilled in basic math skills with accuracy ● High proficiency with detail ● Knowledge of inventory control ● Adept at taking direction and working independently in an efficient manner ● Works well with peers and employees at all levels ● Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability Qualifications – Driving Company Vehicles · Valid Colorado driver’s license with a clean driving record (must meet insurance requirements for company operation) · Experience towing and maneuvering trailers preferred · Must be able to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check o Important Note: Due to insurance requirements for operating company vehicles, all drivers must meet certain eligibility standards, including holding a valid driver’s license, being at least 21 years of age, and having an insurable driving record under our company auto insurance policy Preferred Abilities (Not required) ● Manufacturing experience ● Pool and Spa experience Physical Requirements ● Must be able to lift +75 lbs ● Must be able to stand and walk for 8+ hours ● Ability to lift and move heavy equipment with assistance Work Schedule ● Monday through Friday 6am – 3pm ● Occasional overtime hours may be required Compensation While the compensation for this position is ultimately dependent upon the individual candidate's experience and qualifications, the starting pay range is $19-$22 per hour. Pay will be reviewed 90days after hire date.
