and updating of applicable filesKitting of Common Hardware for required modules per scheduleParts IssuingMonitor priorities per the engine schedules and ensure “in time” material supply to both the production floor and the Accessory shopManage “Material Return to Stock”Truck driving – transport goods and their related documentation as directedExecute Marshalling and push-outs processes per scheduleEngine shipping and receivingPerform general warehousing functions including managing empty shadow boxes and rejected materialConduct inventory counts as requiredOther projects and duties as required (multi-tasking), and must have the ability to effectively carry out the duties of the position with a minimum of supervisionRequirementsMinimum Grade 12 educationPossess a valid provincial Class 5/7 Driver’s licenseWorking knowledge of the standards, practices, methods, materials and equipment used in providing material handling and delivery servicesCertified (and recertification required) receiving procedures, shipping procedures, dangerous good shipping, WHMIS and related MSDS documentation and forklift operationsProven ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with all internal and external contactsProficient in ECMS, Internet, Microsoft Office, SAP and other computer systemsMust be able to satisfy the requirements of Transport Canada’s Air Cargo Security Program, a copy of which can be provided upon request. Provide a copy of Driver’s Abstract.The selection process will consist of a computer skills assessment and an interview.
