In this pivotal role, you will oversee the accurate management of materials, ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, production, and logistics operations. Your expertise in inventory management systems and supply chain processes will drive efficiency, reduce waste, and support our commitment to lean manufacturing principles. Responsibilities The primary responsibilities would include: Creating requisitions and receipts in Oracle to support business demand Supporting procure-to-pay activities, including requisitioning, receiving, invoice resolution, bidding support, and general procurement administration Working closely with buyers, engineers, project teams, and suppliers Following procurement policies and procedures Resolving supplier and internal customer inquiries Monitoring order status and delivery requirements Skills: Invoice Resolution/Supplier communication/Maintaining procurement documentation and records in the system., Background in supply chain and Oil & Gas. Must Have Background in supply chain and Oil & Gas. Prior experience with Accounts Payable, invoice processing, receipts, requisitions, or procure-to-pay activities . Procurement Documentation and Invoice Resolution Experience communicating with suppliers and resolving invoice discrepancies. Invoice Resolution/Supplier communication/Maintaining procurement documentation and records in the system. Strong attention to detail, data entry, communication, and organizational skills. Comfortable working 100% onsite 5 days/week. Nice to Have Exposure to Oracle, Microsoft Office, or ERP systems is a plus.
