This is a Fully Remote Job About Our Client: The organization operates within the federal construction program sector, managing complex construction projects involving multiple contractors, partner agencies, and internal teams. It addresses challenges associated with integrating and coordinating schedules across these diverse stakeholders to provide leadership with an accurate, consolidated view of project portfolios. About the Opportunity: The MASTER SCHEDULER provides senior-level scheduling expertise to support the program management office (PMO). This role is responsible for developing, integrating, and maintaining detailed project and program schedules, ensuring schedule logic soundness, and delivering comprehensive progress and cost reports. The position directly contributes to effective portfolio oversight by enabling informed leadership decisions through accurate and timely scheduling information. Responsibilities: Review, evaluate, and recommend changes to project schedules and related documents using Primavera and Microsoft Project or successor tools. Assess schedules from contractors, partner agencies, and internal teams for logic, float, and interdependencies to ensure compliance with project requirements. Assist PMO project managers in developing and maintaining current project and program schedules. Produce an integrated schedule consolidating all project schedules and their interdependencies. Report schedule variances and estimated cost deviations through Progress Variance Reports as required. Provide the Government client with monthly approved integrated schedules in electronic formats. Prepare comprehensive project schedules and manage project milestones and resources across the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress and performance, updating schedules monthly to reflect current conditions. Create monthly Performance Measure Reports detailing progress, cost, and slippage data along with future estimates. Requirements: Master’s degree. Minimum of ten years of relevant experience. Proficiency in developing schedules using Primavera. Experience in construction scheduling. Resume must be approved by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and Government client prior to start. Exceptions to education or experience require Government client and COR approval. Preferred qualifications: Experience integrating multi-project construction or facilities portfolios. Experience evaluating schedules from contractors, partner agencies, and internal sources. Familiarity with Microsoft Project alongside Primavera. Knowledge of federal construction programs and agencies such as USACE, GSA, and FAA. Experience preparing variance, performance, and milestone reports for senior Government clients. Relevant scheduling credentials such as PMP, PMI-SP, or equivalent. Pay Range and Compensation Package: The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
