Master Scheduler

We’re seeking a Master Scheduler to develop and maintain production schedules that support customer demand, efficient manufacturing, and balanced inventory. This role works closely with planners, production supervisors, and leadership to keep operations moving and adjust priorities when conditions change.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer demand, inventory, and capacity to build the master production schedule.
• Coordinate production across presses, assembly, and secondary operations.
• Manage raw material, work-in-process, and finished goods inventory.
• Adjust schedules for downtime, material shortages, and changing priorities.
• Reduce unnecessary die changes, expedite activity, and delivery disruptions.

Qualifications

• Strong manufacturing production planning or master scheduling experience.
• ERP/MRP experience required; QAD preferred, with SAP and other systems considered.
• Strong Excel, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Automotive or metal stamping experience preferred.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience considered.

Schedule: Onsite, day shift, typically 45 to 50 hours weekly, with occasional late days and six-day weeks. Domestic relocation assistance is available.
