KBR is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to support the planning, execution, and sustainment of the GEMSTONE platform and associated customer programs. The Master Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, analyzing, and integrating complex program schedules across multiple projects, engineering disciplines, software development teams, platform deployment activities, cybersecurity efforts, and customer deliverables. This position serves as a key member of the program management team and works closely with program leadership, engineering teams, product owners, government customers, subcontractors, and executive stakeholders to ensure accurate schedule development, resource planning, milestone tracking, risk identification, and execution visibility. The successful candidate will possess strong program management, organizational leadership, and stakeholder engagement experience and demonstrate the ability to synchronize activities across geographically dispersed teams supporting mission-critical Department of Defense programs. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) supporting GEMSTONE platform development, deployment, sustainment, and customer implementations Coordinate schedule inputs from engineering, software development, cybersecurity, infrastructure, testing, training, and operations teams Establish and monitor program milestones, critical paths, dependencies, and schedule risks Analyze schedule performance and provide recommendations to improve program execution Support program planning activities including roadmap development, integrated product team planning, and milestone reviews Develop and maintain schedule products for internal leadership reviews, program management reviews (PMRs), and government customer engagements T…
