The role works closely with plant leadership and the production team to balance customer demand, material availability, capacity, labor, equipment, and operational priorities.
This is a hands-on manufacturing role requiring regular presence on the production floor to understand processes, workflow, constraints, and actual production performance. • Coordinate with Purchasing and Supply Chain to identify material shortages or supply risks that may affect production and delivery.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Sales, and other functions to resolve issues affecting production flow or customer commitments.
• Maintain accurate job orders, scheduling information, and related ERP data necessary to support production execution and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor schedule adherence, past due orders, and other relevant performance indicators and communicate significant risks or changes to leadership.
