Key Responsibilities:
Develop and communicate the Master Production Schedule
Create daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
Adjust plans for shortages, downtime, and changing demand
Conduct scenario planning and recommend recovery options
Report schedule risks, bottlenecks, and recovery actions
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field
At least eight years in production planning or scheduling
Strong ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
Lean Manufacturing knowledge preferred
