Marketing Project Specialist

Crown Lift Trucks Canada operates eight full-service branches in both Ontario and Quebec offering complete service solutions including maintenance programs, parts supply, and training. As an integral part of our growing sales and marketing team, we are looking to hire a creative, energetic and results oriented Marketing Project Specialist. The successful candidate will possess at least two years of relevant experience in a marketing and/or digital marketing role within manufacturing or BTB products. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Project Specialist interacts with sales, service and parts department, and customer service departments to help plan and develop all sales and marketing collateral, social media, and digital content, and assist in organizing and attending industry trade shows. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the creation, scheduling, and management of content for social media. Assist in managing and updating the company website as required. Conduct data analysis into the success of campaigns. Create marketing material for online and print campaigns. Assist in planning internal and external events. Monitor / maintain online orders for our e-commerce site. Coordinating distribution of customer e-mail campaigns. Marketing collateral inventory management and ordering. Gathering internal data for case studies, references, and testimonials for website and presentations. Responsible for internal communications between marketing and internal client teams (sales, service, HR, etc.) Assist in creation and implementation of the Marketing Plan. Assist Marketing Manager in building and launching of campaigns. Assist in coordinating various integrated communications and marketing activities. Assist with tradeshows, company sponsored promotions and events. Attend tradeshows, company sponsored promotions, and events. Monitoring online communications related to the company (social media, google reviews, etc.) Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS College or University credentials in business, marketing, or digital marketing. 2+ years’ experience marketing a product in Canada, B2B industry preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience using social media platforms and SM management platforms. Digital marketing experiences an asset. Experience with mass email services like Mailchimp. Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills. Fast learner with an ability to adapt techniques based on requirements.
