Job Summary: The Marketing Operations Manager is a process-oriented, systems thinker who understands how people, processes, and platforms connect. They are responsible for managing and optimizing the marketing technology infrastructure that powers Dodge Industrial's revenue operations. This role owns the core operations stack (including marketing automation, CRM, and the DodgeIndustrial.com website), drives alignment between Marketing and Sales Operations, and owns the paid media performance strategy. As a people manager, this role is responsible for developing direct reports, building team capabilities, and evolving the team's structure and skill sets to meet changing business needs, emerging marketing trends, and new technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Technology & Operations
• Own the marketing technology ecosystem, including core applications such as marketing automation, CRM, and DodgeIndustrial.com.
• Own platform strategy, system integrations, data governance, and ERP alignment.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure data compliance across all platforms.
• Measured by platform adoption, utilization, and user satisfaction across marketing and sales users, and data integrity and compliance across marketing systems.
Revenue Operations Alignment
• Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and Sales Operations, driving alignment on shared processes, definitions, and goals.
• Lead change management, user enablement, and continuous improvement initiatives, coordinating with Data & Analytics to support cross-functional decision-making.
• Measured by marketing-sourced lead volume, quality, and user satisfaction.
Paid Media & Campaign Strategy
• Own paid media strategy and budget across digital channels and trade publications, driving performance through testing, segmentation, and data-driven optimization.
• Oversee SEO/AEO performance strategy and the tools, processes, and platform infrastructure that enable Product Marketing and Creative teams to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
• Measured by paid media budget efficiency and return on investment.
People, Leadership & Development
• Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed.
• Coach, motivate, and develop direct and indirect teammates in accordance with HR policies.
• Drive and ensure the sharing of know-how and cross-collaboration. Identify and develop talent.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or revenue operations, with a proven track record of managing marketing technology platforms and driving measurable results.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), including administration, configuration, and user enablement.
• Experience managing paid media programs across digital channels and trade publications, including budget management and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Strong understanding of varying channel partner behaviors (independent, chain), points of influence, and paths to decision making.
• Ability to develop effective written communication and present information to various levels of stakeholders, including peers, management, channel partners, customers, and/or suppliers.
• Ability to influence others without a direct line of authority to accomplish goals.
• Prior management experience, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
• Experience in B2B and/or industrial manufacturing marketing environments preferred.
• Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, Salesforce Administrator, Google Analytics).

Essential Job Functions:
• Own and optimize the marketing automation platform (HubSpot preferred), ensuring effective and efficient use by all users.
• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for Dodge Industrial’s Salesforce CRM platform in partnership with the Salesforce Administrator and Sales organization.
• Manage the DodgeIndustrial.com website, including maintenance, enhancements, and future development initiatives.
• Evaluate, implement, and maintain integrations between core marketing/sales systems and adjacent platforms as business needs require.
• Align marketing operations with Sales Operations processes, supporting shared pipeline visibility, lead management, and revenue reporting.
• Develop and maintain marketing performance dashboards and attribution reporting to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategy.
• Own paid media strategy and budget management across digital channels (paid search, display, social, retargeting) and trade publication advertising.
• Plan and implement tracking and analytics strategies for web properties and campaigns, including Google Analytics and tag management.
• Plan, execute, and optimize SEO and AEO strategies that drive qualified traffic and conversions.
• Manage social media strategy, content calendars, and community engagement, with the ability to delegate execution within the team.
• Collaborate with the Product Marketing and Creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and content.
• Manage lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle processes to maximize marketing-to-sales conversion.
• Manage, coach, and develop direct reports, fostering professional growth and ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational goals.
