The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for driving the execution, optimization, and governance of marketing operations across all JDI Moncton-based companies. This role acts as a key liaison between the Senior Marketing Operations Manager, IT, and marketing teams within each business, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment of operational initiatives. The incumbent will champion marketing technology adoption, digital marketing governance, and process excellence within this function, leveraging data-driven insights and cross-functional partnerships to deliver operational consistency, efficiency, and innovation. By integrating people, process, and technology, this role supports the strategic direction set by the Senior Marketing Operations Manager and enables best-in-class marketing operations execution across the enterprise.



Responsibilities
  • Marketing Operations - Manage and optimize marketing databases, ensuring accurate and accessible marketing information across all Moncton-based JDI companies. Continuously improve marketing workflows, processes, people, and technology in partnership with IT and business marketing teams. Act as a liaison to ensure operational alignment and best practices are shared and adopted enterprise-wide.
  • Data and Insights - Collaborate with marketing teams across all Moncton-based JDI companies to deliver actionable data and insights derived from marketing operations processes. Identify, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement
  • Digital Marketing – Co-responsible for governance of the digital footprint of all Moncton-based JDI companies by driving channel audits, and facilitating the adoption of digital marketing policies and risk mitigation practices. Collaborate closely with marketing teams and IT to ensure governance, compliance, and consistent standards across businesses. Act as a liaison to promote cross-business collaboration and alignment in digital marketing execution.
  • Platform Sourcing – Serve as the voice of the business in identifying requirements and operational needs for new marketing platforms across all Moncton-based JDI companies. Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Operations Manager to evaluate and recommend solutions—not only through technology, but also by considering people, process, and data. Act as a liaison to ensure business needs are clearly communicated and addressed, supporting enterprise-wide alignment and successful platform adoption.


Qualifications
  • Post-Secondary Education (Marketing focus an asset)
  • Experience developing, implementing and monitoring digital platforms 
  • 3-5+ years’ experience in marketing coordination or management
  • Proven experience in change management
  • Project Management Certification is an asset
  • Budget management, analytics and project leadership skills
  • Understanding of digital platforms and tech solutions
  • Project Management Certification
