We are seeking a creative, organized, and technology-driven professional to manage  marketing, content creation, software improvement and operational innovation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and is passionate about social media, video content, branding, technology, and artificial intelligence. The position will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, editing reels and videos, coordinating marketing campaigns, maintaining CRM and database systems, and helping agents leverage technology to better serve clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience creating engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google and other digital platforms. They should be comfortable using Canva, video editing software, CRM systems, and emerging AI tools to improve efficiency, automate processes, generate content ideas, and support business growth.

In addition to marketing responsibilities, this role will help customize and manage internal software systems, support technology implementation, maintain databases, assist with agent onboarding and training materials, and identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation and innovation.

We're looking for someone who is creative, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and excited about the future of technology in business. Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a willingness to learn are essential.
Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
