You own the day-to-day execution that converts thousands of athletes each season—managing Customer.io campaigns, automated workflows, web portal updates, and registration communications across 22+ markets. Your precision ensures seamless registration cycles, your systems thinking keeps the machine running flawlessly, and your attention to detail means no athlete falls through the cracks.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Registration Communications & Campaign Execution
Execute all registration email campaigns via Customer.io: announcements, reminders, waitlist follow-ups, confirmation flows across 22+ markets. Manage push notifications and in-app messages aligned with registration cycles. Execute web popups via Wisepops for registration deadlines, payment plans, and promotional messages. Write email copy that drives conversions while maintaining brand voice. Coordinate approvals through established workflow (one week before launch). Ensure all communications align with current registration timelines and business objectives.
Marketing Automation & Workflow Management
Maintain automated email journeys in Customer.io: registration reminders, waitlist sequences, confirmation flows, player lifecycle communications. Ensure integrations between Customer.io, PlayerOne, and Brodie website function correctly. Manage segmentation and list hygiene to maintain deliverability and targeting accuracy. Troubleshoot automation issues and coordinate with the Marketing Automation team for technical support. Monitor automation performance and optimize workflows based on data. Document workflows and processes for team continuity.
Web Portal & Content Updates
Update PlayerOne web portal weekly: homepage graphics, registration deadlines, promotional content across all markets. Ensure the portal reflects current registration status across 22+ cities. Coordinate with Graphics Designer for weekly assets. Maintain visual consistency and timely updates as deadlines change. Execute updates quickly and accurately to avoid registration confusion.
Tools Administration & Cross-Functional Coordination
Serve as primary admin for Customer.io and Wisepops platforms. Coordinate with Social Media Manager on registration-related social posts. Collaborate with Graphics Designer for email visuals, web graphics, and popup assets. Work with the Analytics team to monitor registration health, campaign performance, and city-by-city metrics. Ensure all registration communications are coordinated across email, web, social, and in-app channels.
Campaign Performance & Optimization
Monitor email metrics: open rates, click rates, conversions. Track registration campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities. Report on campaign results to leadership. A/B test subject lines, send times, and content to improve performance. Maintain high deliverability standards through proper list management.
Partnership & Perks Coordination
Manage Player Perks partnerships: serve as touchpoint for ongoing relationships with local businesses. Coordinate partnership communications and promotional campaigns. Support partnerships team with marketing execution for co-branded initiatives. Maintain relationships with community partners tied to perks programs.

Compensation Disclosure
The expected annual compensation range for this role is between $50,000 and $65,000 CAD. Compensation is based on skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and business needs. The compensation range may be adjusted in the future.
