We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Logistics Coordinator who can seamlessly integrate marketing strategies with logistics and customer service operations. This role is designed for a versatile professional who can contribute to both marketing initiatives and logistical processes, ensuring efficient operations and enhanced customer experiences.
Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Functions:
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media and other digital platforms.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
- Logistics and Customer Service Functions:
- Coordinate logistics operations, including shipping, forwarding, and inventory management.
- Manage customer service inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of import/export documentation.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Experience in logistics coordination and customer service is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP systems.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is strongly preferred.
