Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on Market Manager to oversee last-mile logistics operations and carrier performance at a major client location. This hybrid role requires both in-field presence and remote oversight to ensure successful daily execution of deliveries and adherence to key performance indicators. Key Responsibilities Work Tuesday through Saturday, managing daily logistics and carrier operations Oversee loadout operations 5 days/week at the client store dock, assisting and coordinating with carriers Typically 7:00 AM–9:00 AM/9:30 AM at the IKEA store to oversee loadout operations Duration depends on several factors including volume, store readiness, and the punctuality of the delivery teams. Assign evening delivery routes and ensure accuracy and timeliness Generally 5:30 PM–6:30 PM to assign & confirm delivery routes to carriers Route assignments can vary once again based on volume, delivery team availability, when IKEA sends out routes Some days can only take 20 mins while others can take the whole hour Monitor carrier performance during the day and address any service issues in real-time Ensure carrier partners meet KPIs , including on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and compliance Serve as the key point of contact between the client, carriers, and internal logistics team Report daily performance metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement Qualifications Previous experience in logistics, delivery operations, or transportation management Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment Comfortable using routing/dispatch systems and tracking tools Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule (Tuesday–Saturday) Compensation & Benefits $55K-60K annual salary Health, dental, and vision insurance Opportunities for career growth and development in a fast-growing company Hybrid role with field and remote responsibilities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Language: Bilingual (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Fishers, IN 46037 (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Fishers, IN 46037
