ABOUT FATHOM ROBOTICS Fathom Robotics provides operations, maintenance, training, and applied engineering services for uncrewed maritime systems supporting U.S. Government and commercial defense programs. We have multiple active projects across a variety of government and commercial clients and are actively fielding systems in operational environments. ROLE OVERVIEW Fathom Robotics is hiring a Maritime Operations Planner for an ongoing role planning and coordinating multiple complex maritime operations. The work spans RDT&E timelines, logistics, manned and unmanned systems operations, and payload integrations. The planner is the connecting point between engineering, logistics, field teams, and the government customer, and makes sure each group works from the same plan and the same status. We are looking for an experienced operational planner who has run demanding work in a staff, test range, or field setting, such as special operations or another high-tempo unit, and who needs little direction to keep a changing program organized. Crunch periods before rehearsals and during execution windows require extended hours, including early mornings and occasional weekends.
