Job Title: Marine Technical Sales & Service Export Manager (Latin America & Caribbean) Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Alpharetta, GA, United States About the Role: American Honda Motor Co., Inc. is seeking a Marine Technical Sales & Service Manager for Caribbean & Central America export markets, based in Alpharetta, GA. Bilingual in English and Spanish, you will drive distributor sales, deliver technical outboard service training, and expand Honda Marine market share. Key Responsibilities: • Lead direct sales and wholesale distribution of Honda Marine outboard engines across authorized distributor networks. • Deliver hands-on technical diagnostic and repair training on marine outboards to international distributor technicians. • Advise distributors and boat builders on proper engine matching, rigging, and propeller selection. • Provide distributor marketing support including boat shows, promotional campaigns, and field product testing. • Manage export sales planning, Seihan supply-demand forecasting, and field quality reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required (written and verbal). • Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Technology, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of marine technical sales, outboard engine service, and distributor management experience. • Strong mechanical and electrical comprehension of marine internal combustion engines and rigging. • Willingness to travel internationally across Central America and the Caribbean.
