We are looking for someone who wants to become part of our team and take pride in helping our marina succeed. Job Summary We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our team as a Marina Forklift Operator / Maintenance Crew Member. Forklift or marina experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person who has a positive attitude, takes initiative, and is willing to learn. We are a small, hands-on team, so everyone pitches in wherever needed to keep daily operations running smoothly. Fuel customer boats safely and accurately while following established safety procedures. Run the cash register and assist customers with purchases when the cashier is unavailable. Provide friendly, professional assistance to marina customers and boat owners. Maintain docks, walkways, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition. Help wherever needed to support the team and keep the marina operating efficiently. Qualifications Forklift experience preferred, but not required; training may be provided. Marina, boating, construction, maintenance, or general labor experience is a plus. Dependable, punctual, hardworking, and willing to learn. Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat, humidity, and changing weather conditions. Able to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive work, with or without reasonable accommodation. Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers. Able to follow instructions, work safely, and contribute to a team environment. Willing to take on a variety of responsibilities throughout the workday. As a family-owned business, we appreciate employees who take initiative, help their coworkers, and treat the property as if it were their own. We value people who show up ready to work, have a good attitude, and understand that being part of a team means pitching in when needed.
