Marine Diesel Technician

Our full-service boatyard is seeking experienced and reliable Marine Mechanics to join our team of professional marine technicians. Qualified applicants must have a strong background working on Volvo Penta diesel engines, along with other mechanical, and propulsion systems commonly found on boats. The ideal candidate will possess excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills and be capable of identifying and resolving a wide range of mechanical and systems issues. A strong working knowledge of Volvo Penta diesel products, EVC systems, DPH/DPI sterndrives, and IPS propulsion systems is highly preferred. Successful candidates must be able to work effectively as part of a team, communicate professionally with customers, and maintain a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Starting pay is $30.00 per hour and up, depending on experience. This is a full-time position with an expected schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
