We are seeking a Marina Operations & Business Development Manager to lead and grow our marina business, with a focus on wet slips and dry storage operations. This role is responsible for driving marina revenue, managing client relationships, promoting the marina to attract new customers, and overseeing the day-to-day business side of marina operations.
This is not a service or rigging role. It is a commercial, client-facing, and operational role focused on increasing marina revenue, occupancy, and overall customer experience.

Base Salary
Monthly Performance Bonus (Based on Gross Marina Sales)
Bonuses are calculated monthly based on gross marina revenue:
High performers have the opportunity to earn up to $170,000.00 + annually in total bonus compensation, depending on results.
