Marina Attendant / Marina Operations Attendant | Seasonal

 This hands-on, outdoor hospitality role assists guests with boating activities, fuel service, slip rentals, and marina facility upkeep while ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming waterfront environment.

Position Details

What You’ll Do

• Greet marina guests and assist with boating-related services and requests. 
• Pump motor fuel for boats in a safe and efficient manner. 
• Collect, process, and record cash and credit transactions accurately. 
• Assist slip renters with boat launching, docking, and re-trailering. 
• Provide light assistance with boat cleaning and basic maintenance needs. 
• Clean and maintain marina facilities, including bathrooms, showers, and common areas. 
• Maintain cleanliness of marina grounds, including trash removal and upkeep of outdoor areas. 
• Ensure marina patio furniture is clean, organized, and properly arranged. 
• Monitor marina appearance and report maintenance or safety concerns. 
• Support marina operations as assigned by the Marina Manager or Supervisor.

 What We’re Looking For

• Previous boating, marina, outdoor recreation, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required. 
• Strong communication and guest service skills. 
• Ability to work independently in an outdoor environment. 
• Basic cash handling and accuracy with transactions. 
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older. 
• Valid driver’s license required. 
• Comfort working around water, boats, and outdoor equipment. 
• Willingness to work flexible daytime schedules including weekends and holidays. 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active for long periods. 
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling equipment or supplies. 
• Ability to work near and around water safely. 
• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions including heat, sun, wind, and rain. 
• Ability to perform repetitive cleaning and maintenance tasks. 

Work Environment

• Outdoor marina and waterfront environment. 
• Frequent guest interaction in a fast-paced seasonal setting. 
• Exposure to boats, fuel, water, and marina equipment. 
• Work includes both physical labor and guest service responsibilities.
