This dual role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily store operations while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, retail industry experience, and a passion for creating a welcoming shopping environment. As a key member of our team, you will manage inventory, supervise staff, handle sales transactions, and ensure smooth store operations—all while fostering a positive and energetic atmosphere. Duties Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, shift management, and ensuring operational efficiency Supervise and train retail staff on customer service standards, POS systems, inventory management, and sales techniques Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and purchasing to maintain optimal product availability Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure an outstanding shopping experience Conduct employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting efforts, and performance evaluations to build a strong team Manage payroll processing, bookkeeping tasks, cash handling, and budgeting activities with accuracy Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, pricing adjustments, and sales reporting while maintaining cashiering standards Requirements Proven management or assistant manager experience within the retail industry with supervisory responsibilities in sales teams Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills including managerial communication and phone etiquette Demonstrated proficiency in inventory management, merchandising, POS systems, and retail math Experience with employee training & development programs and operational management practices Knowledge of retail product lines, pricing strategies, and sales management techniques Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases Basic math skills for cash handling, bookkeeping, and inventory calculations Ability to lead with enthusiasm while fostering teamwork and positive morale Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control and store maintenance Join us as we create an energetic environment focused on excellent service and operational excellence.
