Responsibilities Operate various manufacturing equipment, including power tools and hand tools, to assemble components accurately and efficiently. Use measuring instruments and interpret technical drawings to ensure precise assembly and quality control. Manage manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting, to support production flow while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct routine inspections of machinery and work areas, maintaining safety standards in accordance with company policies. Assist with process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements aligned with lean manufacturing principles. Interpret production documents such as work orders, assembly instructions, and technical specifications to meet production targets. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to manage workflow on the assembly line, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Skills Proven experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment with familiarity in factory processes and safety standards. Ability to handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting while maintaining safety protocol adherence. Skilled in managing production or assembly teams, with a focus on efficiency and safety compliance. Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, and interpreting production documentation for seamless workflow.
