We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician / Part-Time Delivery Driver to join our growing team. Position Summary The Manufacturing Technician / Part-Time Delivery Driver is primarily responsible for supporting cannabis manufacturing, packaging, inventory management, and production operations at our facility. This position will also assist with the safe and compliant transportation of cannabis products to licensed cannabis businesses throughout New Jersey as needed, typically 1-2 days per week. The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, and comfortable working in both a production environment and on the road while maintaining strict compliance with New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission (NJCRC) regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Essential Responsibilities Manufacturing & Production Duties (Primary) Assist with cannabis product manufacturing, packaging, labeling, and preparation for distribution. Follow all production SOPs, quality control standards, and compliance requirements. Operate manufacturing and packaging equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with inventory management, product transfers, and material organization. Maintain accurate production and inventory records. Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of production areas and equipment. Support quality assurance initiatives and product inspections. Assist with order fulfillment and preparation of products for delivery. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment. Follow all workplace safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Delivery & Transportation Duties (Secondary) Safely transport cannabis products to licensed dispensaries and business partners throughout New Jersey. Load, secure, transport, and unload products while maintaining chain of custody. Verify orders, manifests, and delivery documentation before departure and upon delivery. Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles. Report vehicle maintenance needs or delivery issues promptly. Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries. Maintain strict compliance with NJCRC transportation regulations and company security protocols. Qualifications Valid New Jersey driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to pass all required background checks for employment in the New Jersey cannabis industry. Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, packaging, inventory, or logistics experience preferred. Previous delivery or transportation experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining compliance and quality standards. Schedule Full-time position. Manufacturing and production duties will comprise the majority of the work schedule. Delivery responsibilities will typically occur 1-2 days per week based on business needs. Occasional overtime may be required.
