HiredJob Title : Manufacturing Spare Parts & Technical Support Engineer Employment Type : Full-Time Location : Marysville, OH, United States About the Role: Honda Development & Manufacturing of America is seeking a Spare Parts & Technical Support Engineer in Marysville, OH. You will procure critical proprietary spare parts (servo weld guns, paint bells, machine gang heads), support assembly repairs, and optimize MRO replenishment across North American plants. Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical support on critical specialized manufacturing equipment (servo guns, paint bells, line testers). • Author equipment assembly and troubleshooting manuals and train maintenance associates on rebuild methods. • Manage procurement, RFQs, and replenishment stock orders for proprietary spare parts with Honda Japan. • Conduct technical inspections on in-house and supplier-rebuilt machine assemblies to verify quality. • Optimize MRO stock levels to balance parts availability against working capital inventory targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent manufacturing experience). • 0-2 years of manufacturing engineering or industrial equipment maintenance experience. • Hands-on technical experience with automated weld guns, rotary paint bells, or CNC spindle gang heads. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP inventory management. • Strong verbal, written, and technical presentation skills.
