Manufacturing Production Planner

Role Overview: A Resource Planning Specialist supports automotive manufacturing operations by analyzing demand, capacity, and inventory to develop efficient resource and production plans that meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives. Key Responsibilities Partner with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to create and maintain short- and long-term schedules. Monitor constraints and support new model launches to ensure smooth production flow. Utilize ERP/MRP and data tools to track KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills Strong analytical skills to assess demand, capacity, and inventory levels. Experience in resource planning, production scheduling, or related fields.
