In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate production schedules, optimize resource allocation, and ensure seamless coordination across manufacturing operations. . Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed production schedules using manufacturing management systems and ERP platforms to meet delivery deadlines and optimize capacity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain management including inventory, to align production plans with overall business objectives. Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and other production management tools to monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and adjust plans proactively. Analyze Excel data for production trends, capacity utilization, and process bottlenecks to identify opportunities for process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in production management or manufacturing management roles preferably within the metal fabrication field. Proficiency in ERP systems such as Infor CSI-Syteline or equivalent enterprise resource planning tools; experience with MRP systems is essential. Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
