Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manufacturing Plant Coordinator to lead and optimize our production operations. In this vital role, you will oversee daily manufacturing activities, coordinate production schedules, and ensure seamless communication across departments. Your expertise in production management systems, supply chain analytics, and process improvement will drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. Duties Manage and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to ensure timely production delivery while maintaining quality standards. Monitor production process and final outputs, ensure the product is contamination free and meets quality specifications. Identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and enhance process flow . Analyze production data and supply chain analytics tools to inform decision-making and optimize resource allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality control, supply chain management, and assembly to streamline processes and improve overall plant performance. Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on process enhancement, safety compliance, and operational excellence. Oversee inventory levels to ensure materials are available for production without excess stock. Support team leadership by providing guidance on manufacturing management practices, fostering a culture of lean management, and promoting team development. Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of manufacturing management systems. Demonstrated ability to analyze data for process improvement and supply chain optimization. Familiarity with quality control procedures, and management best practices.
