Manufacturing Planner

Manufacturing Production Planner Jacksonville, FL A fast-growing, 300+ employee, family owned manufacturer is rolling out NetSuite. Now they need the planner who will make it work on the floor. As the Manufacturing Production Planner, you will build the schedules, set the standards and own the process improvements. Responsibilities Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) and routings Schedule production in NetSuite using finite scheduling, and plan for and communicate shutdowns, maintenance, schedule changes and supply problems Create, modify and streamline materials ordering, storage and use to support production Determine capacity, track production and analyze actual versus standards to determine efficiencies Requirements 5+ years of experience in manufacturing using MRP/MES programs Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field Conversant in production planning, BOMs, routings and yield Finite capacity scheduling experience Advanced knowledge of Excel, including reports and pivot tables Confident decision-maker able to run the planning department independently Compensation & Benefits Excellent salary commensurate with your experience Comprehensive health plan 80 hours of PTO and 6 paid holidays 401k with 4% company match For immediate consideration submit your current resume.
