You will coordinate assigned customer orders across SIPANEL engineered panel production, SIPROTEC 5 device production, and the SIPROTEC Return and Repair Center. Working with experienced order-management professionals, you will connect customer requirements with engineering, procurement, production, quality, logistics, repair operations, and finance. You will maintain accurate order information, support realistic delivery dates, and help resolve issues before they affect customers. This role is designed for an experienced professional who can manage defined orders independently while continuing to build broader manufacturing and supply-chain judgment. You will use SAP and operating reviews to track priorities, material readiness, schedule risk, and delivery status. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, responsive, and comfortable coordinating across functions. You Will Make an Impact By Managing assigned customer orders from acceptance and planning through production or repair, shipment, invoicing readiness, and closure. Maintaining accurate sales-order, production-order, repair, requirement, and delivery data in SAP and related systems. Coordinating order priorities and status across engineering, material planning, production, testing, quality, logistics, and repair operations. Supporting SIPANEL project orders by tracking engineering readiness, material availability, assembly, testing, and shipment milestones. Supporting SIPROTEC 5 production and return-and-repair orders by tracking configurations, components, capacity, testing, and delivery commitments. Identifying schedule, material, documentation, quality, or logistics risks and escalating them with clear facts, owners, and due dates. Updating backlog, past-due, material-readiness, schedule-adherence, repair-turnaround, and delivery-status reports for operating reviews. Communicating order changes and recovery actions to internal partners while keeping customer commitments and business priorities visible. Contributing to standard work, cleaner handoffs, and continuous improvement as the new PACS facility grows.
