Manufacturing Operations Supervisor

G & W Products, based in Fairfield, OH, is a leading contract metal manufacturer.  We serve industries such as construction, transportation, energy, and defense.

Position: Manufacturing Operations Supervisor (1st shift)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety and quality standards
• Manage productivity, scheduling, workflow, and daily goals
• Train and develop team members
• Drive process improvements and operational initiatives
• Oversee employee lifecycle and communications
• Become an ERP (PLEX) system expert

Requirements:

• 3+ years' manufacturing leadership experience
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Technical aptitude and ability to read blueprints
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
