Come Work With Us! We have an opportunity open for a Manufacturing Master Scheduler in Kansas City. $85,000 salary + full benefits. And this one isn’t complicated. Build the schedule. Own the schedule. Communicate the schedule. MAKE IT HAPPEN. We need someone who understands manufacturing and knows how to keep a production floor moving. You will be working with customer demand, inventory, raw materials, labor, equipment, purchasing, production, and capacity. You OWN the schedule. When priorities change, you adjust. When materials are going to be short, you figure it out BEFORE we're standing around waiting for them. When production gets behind, you don't just report the problem. You help solve it. You must understand manufacturing planning, production scheduling, ERP/MRP systems, inventory, BOMs, lead times, and capacity. We prefer someone with 3+ years of manufacturing planning, production scheduling, or master scheduling experience. But here's the biggest requirement: YOU GOTTA WORK. If you want to sit behind a computer, update a spreadsheet, send an email saying something is late, and consider your job done, this won't work We need someone organized. Someone accountable.
