Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Manufacturing Manager to lead our production operations and drive excellence across all manufacturing processes. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily plant activities, ensure optimal productivity, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency while aligning manufacturing practices with company goals. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all manufacturing activities to meet production schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations. Implement process improvements utilizing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Manage supply chain operations by collaborating with procurement, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of materials. Oversee the use of ERP systems such as M2Mand other Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) tools to streamline operations and optimize resource allocation. Monitor quality control procedures throughout the production cycle to maintain high-quality output and compliance with industry standards. Supervise operations, mechanical processes, and equipment maintenance to maximize uptime and operational effectiveness. Drive team development through coaching, training, and fostering a safety-first culture that prioritizes employee well-being. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, OTD, quality, and safety, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly and effectively. Extensive experience with ERP systems such as M2M or similar platforms for managing manufacturing data. Proven expertise in process improvement techniques including lean manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies. Deep understanding of supply chain management, MRP systems, and inventory control within a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of quality control standards, safety protocols, and best practices in manufacturing processes. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage cross-functional collaboration, and implement operational changes efficiently.
