Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, and execution to meet delivery targets. Utilize manufacturing management systems such as SAP, ERP, and production management software to monitor workflows, analyze data, and optimize processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives employing methodologies like Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality. Manage supply chain logistics by analyzing supply chain data and collaborating with procurement and logistics teams to ensure seamless material flow. Oversee quality control procedures to uphold product standards through rigorous inspections and process adjustments. Develop and implement process improvements that streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve safety standards across the plant. Lead cross-functional teams by fostering effective communication between departments such as engineering, maintenance, quality assurance, and production staff to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment with a strong understanding of supply chain management and operations management principles. Proficiency with SAP, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), ERP systems, Excel data analysis, and other production management tools. Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean management, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement strategies. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively across functions. Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in assembly processes is highly desirable. Familiarity with quality control standards and implementing best practices in manufacturing settings. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing management or related field preferred; relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.
