Compensation and schedule First shift: $15 per hour Second shift: $16 per hour Hiring now for second-shift opportunities. Exact workdays and start/end times will be confirmed during screening. Your impact Execute pick/pack, labeling, sorting, and kitting to fulfill orders correctly. Stage and move materials to support production and warehouse throughput. Conduct basic quality verifications while following documented instructions. Contribute to a safe, clean, and organized workspace every shift. Collaborate with your team to consistently meet safety, quality, and production targets. What you bring Dependable attendance and readiness for a confirmed second-shift schedule. Ability to safely perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Growth mindset: you learn quickly and follow safety and quality standards. Helpful (not required): experience in warehouse, production, packaging, fulfillment, or retail stockroom environments. No forklift certification is needed unless a later assignment specifically calls for one.
