Manufacturing Demand Planner

Manufacturing Demand Planner Duluth, GA | Onsite Join a market-leading manufacturer and play a critical role in translating customer demand into executable manufacturing plans across multiple production facilities. This is not a purchasing-focused planning role. We are seeking a planner who understands how forecasts drive production requirements, raw material demand, capacity constraints, and plant execution. What You'll Do Own demand forecasting and manufacturing planning activities for thousands of SKUs across multiple product lines Convert demand forecasts into production requirements using MRP tools and planning systems Balance production capacity across five manufacturing locations Partner closely with Production Planners, Manufacturing Leadership, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership Lead planning meetings and drive alignment between forecasted demand and manufacturing output Monitor inventory levels, raw material requirements, and production constraints Maintain planning parameters and ensure data accuracy within the planning system Analyze forecast changes and communicate impacts throughout the organization What We're Looking For 2+ years of production planning or manufacturing planning experience Experience working within an MRP-driven manufacturing environment Exposure to demand forecasting and supply planning Experience supporting high-SKU product portfolios Understanding of BOMs, capacity planning, and manufacturing constraints Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to influence across all levels of the organization Comfortable leading meetings and collaborating with cross-functional teams Why This Role?
