Manufacturing Assistant

OAV Air Bearings is looking for a dependable, hands-on Manufacturing & Warehouse Assistant to support our daily operations. This position involves assisting our manufacturing, quality control, and shipping teams with a variety of tasks, including product inspection, packaging, inventory organization, and general shop operations. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment. Help organize inventory, materials, tools, and supplies. Support quality control staff with basic product inspections and measurements. Assist with receiving incoming shipments and verifying materials. Help prepare parts and components for manufacturing and assembly. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Assist with inventory counts and basic recordkeeping. Perform general shop and warehouse tasks as needed. Work alongside team members to support daily production and shipping operations. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn. Comfortable performing hands-on tasks in a manufacturing environment. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Basic computer skills. Ability to safely handle and move materials with appropriate equipment or assistance.
