The anticipated salary range is up to $98,000.00 plus plus annual incentive bonus of up to 10%.. Actual compensation offered is negoitable and will be based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location. For internal teammates, a compensation percentage increase will be reviewed and determined in partnership with HR, taking into consideration internal equity and relevant experience. Position Summary To provide Manufacturing Leadership, coordination, and team development for the manufacturing team to ensure production is consistent with customer requirements and that team and facility objectives in safety, customer service, quality, housekeeping, cost, internal control and asset management are met. Core Responsibilities Responsible for asset performance and timely issues resolution. Develop a broad understanding of both O&M corporate and Lexington Facility business processes and systems. Ensure teams implement module progression and training plans that target the facility and department objectives. Provide leadership to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains the best people and foster an environment which motivates a diverse team to fully use its capabilities in achieving desired business results. Develop an understanding of and provide input and direction for continuous improvement in systems such as internal controls, ISO, and safety programs. Contribute to an environment in which all team members are respected regardless of their individual differences and are motivated to improve both their individual and team contributions to achieve desired business results.
