Manufacturer and Warehouse Associate

Manufacturing and Warehouse Due to an increase in work volume, we are searching for a new employees to ensure that the company’s products are accurately and efficiently manufactured, inspected, packed, and shipped complying with the company’s warehousing processes and policies. This position also ensures that the warehouse is orderly, safe, and uncluttered and that manufacturing equipment is functioning properly with repairs made as necessary. The successful candidate must be mechanically inclined and able to operate hand tools effectively. Employee will receive company benefits including health, dental and life insurance as well as retirement benefits and paid vacation and holidays. After 90 days of successful employment, each employee will also be eligible for a bonus program. Duties and Responsibilities Manufacturing · Manufacturing ribbon weights · Mechanical inclination for repairing manufacturing equipment and the ability to use hand tools effectively. Warehousing Ensure that vendor orders are warehoused accurately and issued to production in a timely manner. (within 24 hours of receipt) Ensures that equipment is checked on a weekly basis and that any mechanical problems are immediately communicated for resolution. Comply with OSHA and any other safety requirements Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Three or more years of experience in manufacturing/warehouse environment Valid Driver’s License Heavy lifting will be required - 75lbs alone - 100lbs with others Mechanical inclination with the ability to repair manufacturing equipment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Richmond, VA 23220 (Required) Work Location: In person
